A seasoned solar specialist with a proven track record in asset management, data analysis, failure and underperformance investigation, and provision of engineering solutions to maximize plant production. Phumlani has over 10 years in renewable energy industry, from the laboratory (testing of solar panels), construction of PV plants and operation and maintenance (O&M). He have worked on plants in Sub-Sahara, Middle East, LATAM, Asia, and Europe with a total capacity of over 2 GW and over 1 GWh of storage. Phumlani has a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
