Shatadru Sensharma

Shatadru Sensharma is a member of CrossBoundary’s Asia-Pacific investment advisory team and is based in the Mumbai office. He holds a Master’s in Finance degree from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce degree with Honors in Banking & Finance from Symbiosis College.

Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Shatadru worked with Alvarez & Marsal as an investment banker specializing in corporate finance and restructuring, where he advised clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across sectors, with a focus on growth and special situation M&A transactions. Prior to his stint with Alvarez & Marsal, he worked in an investment role at Piramal Capital’s private credit fund.
