Anita Omonuwa

Anita brings a wealth of experience in project finance and cross-border financing, with a particular focus on the technology and telecommunications sectors. She holds First Class Honors degrees from the University of Reading, UK (LLB), the University of Birmingham, UK (LLM), and the Nigerian Law School (BL). Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Anita was part of the Finance and Projects groups at Templars, one of Africa’s leading commercial law firms. She also served as Manager, Special Projects at MTN, a top telecommunications company in Africa, where she supported strategic initiatives, reduced third-party claims, developed comprehensive contractual frameworks, and effectively managed legal risks.
