Camélia Ganga

Camélia is a bilingual legal and regulatory advisor with experience across the energy, infrastructure, mining, and financial sectors in Europe and Central Africa. Based in Lubumbashi, she supports the development and execution of renewable energy projects at CrossBoundary Energy, with a focus on legal and regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement and project structuring in frontier markets. Prior to joining CrossBoundary Energy, she progressed from Consultant to Manager within EY’s International Tax and Legal Advisory practice, where she advised multinational companies and donor-funded initiatives on governance, compliance, and investment-related matters across Central Africa.
