Catalina Posada

Catalina brings +12 years of experience in development finance, strategic consulting & regional expansion. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Catalina led the Latin American growth of Generation.org, a global workforce development organization founded by McKinsey and Company. Beforehand, she worked at McKinsey where she led several private & public sector projects in Colombia. Catalina also worked at IFC as an investment professional covering the Andean Region. At CrossBoundary, she is a member of the advisory team. Catalina holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Finance from Externado University of Colombia.
