Cynthia Kariuki

Cynthia is a member of CrossBoundary’s People team, based in the Nairobi office. She specialises in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and employer branding. She works closely with hiring managers across CrossBoundary to design and implement effective processes to identify and attain great talent.

Before joining CrossBoundary, Cynthia gained experience at a top-tier law firm and a global talent consulting firm, where she developed expertise in strategic sourcing, competency-based assessments, and talent development programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Coventry University.
