Guy Baron

Guy Baron brings almost 30 years of transaction experience across investment banking, sovereign advisory and development finance.
Prior to his current role, Guy was Global Head of the Investment Advisory practice at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and before then was Chief Investment Officer of the Rwanda Development Board. Guy also spent two decades at RBC Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston focused on leveraged finance.
Guy serves on the board of directors of Village Capital, the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund and SCALE Africa, a non-profit organization he co-founded.
