Humberto Alexander Pereira

Humberto Alexander Pereira is a finance executive with more than two decades of experience in investment banking, structured finance, corporate finance and cross-border transactions across the Americas. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at Citi, DFC and other financial institutions, advising corporations, entrepreneurs and investors on complex debt and equity transactions.

Today, his work is centered on originating, connecting and structuring investments in critical minerals, infrastructure, energy, logistics and other strategic sectors. He works closely with project sponsors, private investors and investment banks to help structure bankable projects, mobilize capital and connect strategic opportunities with long-term financing solutions.
