Ifeoma Dike

Ifeoma Dike leads CrossBoundary Energy’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team and is based in the Lagos office. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham. Prior to joining CrossBoundary Energy, Ifeoma worked with African Capital Alliance (ACA), where she led the ESG function, managing USD 1.2 billion of private equity and real estate assets across Africa. Ifeoma has successfully designed and executed tailored ESG and impact management strategies spanning diverse sectors. Previously, she worked as the Regional Director (West Africa) at EBS Advisory.
