Isolde Roumy

Isolde is a Senior Investment Associate at CrossBoundary Energy, based in Nairobi. She previously spent over two years with CrossBoundary Advisory in Palestine, where she worked under investment facilitation mandates to support private sector transactions and capital mobilization.

Prior to CrossBoundary, Isolde served as a Project Officer at the French Development Agency (AFD) in Tunisia, monitoring a €300M+ portfolio focused on the financial sector, entrepreneurship, and private sector development.

She also worked as a Senior Manager at Gatsby Africa in Nairobi within the Textile & Apparel program and as a Venture Capital Analyst at Breega, a French VC fund investing in high-growth technology startups across Europe and Africa.

Isolde holds an MSc in Management from emlyon business school.
