Kelley Gasper

Kelley Gasper is a Principal on the CrossBoundary Energy investment team, with a focus on the telecoms space in sub-Saharan Africa. He has prior experience with the firm’s Advisory business in francophone West Africa, southern Africa and Southeast Asia, where he led the firm’s Bangkok-based practice. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Kelley held an investment banking role on the New York leveraged finance desk of J.P. Morgan, where he also held a strategy role focused on small business lending. Kelley is a former United States Marine officer and has extensive security cooperation and combat experience as a platoon commander, staff officer and foreign military advisor. He holds Master of International Affairs and BA degrees, both from Columbia University.
