Site Logistics Manager

Koko is a professional in logistics, supply chain management, and project management, with strong experience across energy, construction, and humanitarian sectors. He recently joined CrossBoundary Energy as Site Logistics Manager on the Kamoa Copper Project in Kolwezi, DRC, where he oversees site logistics operations, including supply chain coordination, materials handling, and contractor support for one of Africa’s largest renewable-powered mining projects.

Previously, Koko worked as Office Manager at the British Embassy Kinshasa and as Head of Logistics at Bboxx, managing supply chain operations for solar energy distribution. He also served as Project Manager at REVOCAD, leading innovative projects in sustainable housing, renewable energy access, and recycling initiatives in collaboration with companies such as Carrigo.

He holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and has applied his expertise to diverse projects, including: Affordable housing development in Goma and Rubaya with locally produced construction materials, Solar micro-grid projects in Idjwi and Buta for rural electrification, Plastic waste recycling and eco-construction materials in Kinshasa and Bukavu, Carbon credits and reforestation initiatives to support climate resilience.

Koko is passionate about sustainable development, green innovation, and efficient logistics systems that improve community livelihoods and support responsible private-sector growth.
