Laura García

Laura is Principal at CrossBoundary, based in Bogotá, where she leads climate, infrastructure, and impact investment engagements in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has advised development banks and investors on over US$300M in transactions, from designing investment facilities and blended finance structures to preparing projects for funding and supporting companies through capital raises. She has also contributed to the firm’s work in Africa.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Minor in Art History from Los Andes University. Prior to CrossBoundary, she was a Senior Consultant at Everis Colombia, where she led strategic consulting projects for top-tier Colombian companies across different industries. Previously, she worked as an investment banking analyst at BBVA IB Colombia, on M&A transactions and the structuring of infrastructure projects in Latin America
