Leon Bomanga is an electrical technologist and project/construction manager with PMP certification and a Three-Phase Wireman’s License. He has experience delivering building services and renewable energy projects across Africa, managing full project lifecycles, teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Leon is skilled in FIDIC, NEC, and JBCC contracts, cost control, documentation, and achieving results for both clients and contractors in complex, multifunctional environments.
