Maher Sayess

Maher Sayess is a member of CrossBoundary’s investment advisory team. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Maher worked across private equity and investment advisory, focusing on real estate and renewable energy investments. He has supported investment opportunities through capital deployment analysis, asset-level underwriting, due diligence, transaction execution, and the development of investor-facing materials. Maher’s earlier experience spans Investcorp, Deloitte, Arab Bank, and BankMed, providing exposure across audit and assurance, commercial banking, retail banking, and investment banking. He holds a master’s degree in finance from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from City, University of London.
