Mark Kamau

Mark is an Employee Experience Specialist on CrossBoundary Group’s People team, based in the Nairobi office. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resource Management from the Cooperative University of Kenya and brings hands-on experience in end-to-end people operations. Before joining CrossBoundary, Mark worked with a Nairobi-based healthcare start-up, where he led HR operations and played a key role in establishing the company’s foundational people structures.
