Martin Kakira

Martin Chokola Kakira is currently an Assistant HSEC Officer based at Kolwezi in the Kamoa Project of CrossBoundary. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hydrobiology from the State University of Bukavu. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Martin served as a Senior HSE Officer at Twangiza Mining SA, in DRC, QHSE Coordinator at I.engineering, and a teaching assistant at the State University of Bukavu. He has experience in Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Community Management Systems. In addition, he ensures compliance with international standards, and regulatory requirements across the mining, construction, and telecommunications sectors, as well as in local non-profit organizations.
