Matthew Tilleard

Matt Tilleard is co-founder and Managing Partner of the CrossBoundary Group and the CEO of CrossBoundary Energy.

Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar. Originally from Australia, he also holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.

Before co-founding CrossBoundary, Matt worked at the intersection of finance, energy, strategy, and economic development; financing facilities in Afghanistan and Sierra Leone, advising Noel Pearson on policy in the Office of the UN Secretary-General, and as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Matt is a TED speaker, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a UBS Global Visionary and an Aspen Institute Ideas Scholar. His work and writing have been featured in The Economist, Financial Times, The Telegraph, Inc Magazine, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine and Forbes.
