Mazwenkosi is a Senior Plant Manager responsible for the performance, reliability, and safe operation of utility-scale renewable energy assets, specializing in solar PV, BESS and hybrid systems. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including construction, commissioning, grid integration, and long-term asset management where he drives sustained plant performance through structured O&M frameworks, SCADA driven monitoring and disciplined operational control, ensuring high availability, optimized energy yield, and full grid compliance. His technical expertise includes electrical network operations, high voltage switching, and protection system coordination and he holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of South Africa.
