Mazwenkosi Ndlovu is a Senior Operations and Maintenance Manager for Crossboundary Energy, specializing in the asset management and operational performance of utility-scale renewable energy assets. In his role, he is focused on strengthening operations and maintenance systems, building high-performing teams, and establishing robust asset management practices to drive safety, reliability, availability and long-term asset value. He holds a Bachelor’s degree on Electrical Engineering from the University of South Africa.
