Melanie Mann

Melanie is a senior sustainability and ESG professional with over 25 years’ experience advising financial institutions and investments in emerging markets. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, she was Head of ESG at an Africa-focused private equity firm, overseeing ESG risk management and impact across infrastructure, power and critical minerals investments. Previously, she spent 15 years at ERM, where she established and led Sustainable Finance teams in London and Vietnam, advising development finance institutions, export credit agencies, private equity firms and commercial banks on the application of international E&S standards across Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Melanie is particularly passionate about active ESG stewardship, capacity building and driving ESG value creation.
