Mike Roberts

Mike holds a Master in Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Mike was the Principal at Atena Capital Partners, an investment bank focused on lower middle market M&A deals in the United States. Previously, he worked as an Associate at ING Capital in New York, where he was involved in originating, structuring, and underwriting more than $5 billion in high-yield transactions across Latin America where he led project finance, corporate finance, and M&A advisory opportunities. Mike’s expertise in the region is further strengthened by his deep understanding of Central American markets, particularly in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
