Nathan Kelly

Nathan Kelly is CrossBoundary’s Head of US Underserved Markets. He is a trusted advisor to government agencies, impact investors, commercial investors, conservation NGOs, and foundations. Prior to his role as Head of US Underserved Markets, Nathan co-led CrossBoundary’s Agriculture practice area, and its expansions into Central Africa and Eastern Europe. He has deep transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions and debt capital raises. Prior to CrossBoundary, Nathan led Corporate Development for The Kaizen Company. He started his career at the global investment bank, Lincoln International. Nathan holds a B.A. in Economics and Global Politics from Washington and Lee University.
