Olaide Ladipo

Olaide Ladipo is based in CrossBoundary’s Lagos office. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Olaide worked at McKinsey & Company, supporting private and quasi-governments institutions on business strategy development, go to market approach and organization design projects across telecoms and banking sectors . Previously she was an Investment and project development analyst at Blackaion Capital working on fundraise for clean energy projects and an industrial facility. Olaide has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University.
