Omar Hamayel is a business valuation and financial management consultant with practical and diversified experience in mature companies and startups. During his career in investment funds or as a consultant, he has led projects in several fields, such as energy, agriculture, education, telecom, financial services, healthcare, and real estate. In the last two years, Omar mentored and advised startups on their business models and strategic planning by utilizing available resources efficiently and helping in investment readiness, such as preparing and reviewing pitch decks, valuations, cap tables, and other related matters, in addition to providing training to different accelerators.
