Priscilla Kjizi

Priscilla Kjizi is an Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Manager at CrossBoundary Access with over a decade of experience in Environmental and Social (E&S) compliance. She holds a Master of Science in Climate Change and International Development from the University of East Anglia and graduated with a BSc (Honours) in Environmental and Water Science from the University of the Western Cape.

Having previously been a part of the International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) Policy and Risk department, a Managing Consultant and Team Lead for Environmental Resources Management (ERM), she gained extensive experience leading E&S assessments, as well as developing and implementing action plans that align with both national and international requirements. Throughout her career, Priscilla has managed ESG workstreams for clients, that include investment management funds and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), across various sectors such as infrastructure, energy, mining and healthcare.
