Raphael George

Raphael George is Operations and Maintenance Manager at CrossBoundary Energy, bringing over a decade of experience in energy systems and renewable technologies. He holds an M.Eng. in Renewable and New Energy Systems from ACE-SPED, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Previously, Raphael led technical operations at Energicity Corp. across Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Benin, managing system performance and quality assurance. He also held key roles at Sunhive Ltd and Starsight Energy, spearheading BESS and solar PV projects.

Passionate about clean energy, he focuses on operational excellence and expanding energy access across Africa.
