Scott Richards

Scott Richards is a Managing Director at CrossBoundary, leading Eastern Europe advisory and co-leading global fintech & financials advisory. Prior to CrossBoundary, Scott led the financial institutions and fintech private equity practice at responsAbility Investments in Central Asia, CEE, & Latin America, and brings 16 years of experience in emerging markets private credit & equity and M&A. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bolivia. Scott holds the CFA & FRM designations and a Master’s in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Wharton.
