Ronnie is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with experience in finance and operations. He has worked on M&A value creation and governance. Before joining CrossBoundary, he led finance and operations in an international FMCG business. His work focused on building financial and operational structures and supporting early growth across multiple jurisdictions. He previously worked in PwC’s Deals practice and completed his CA(SA) articles at PwC Cape Town. Ronnie is based in South Africa.
