Sbusisiwe Masondo

Sbusisiwe Masondo is Legal Counsel at CrossBoundary Energy. She spent 5 years at Bowman Gilfillian, including 3 years in Project Finance, advising reputable Lenders and Sponsors across wind, solar, BESS, and transportation matters. She has acted for inter alia IFC, Mulilo, Gautrain, SBSA, Absa, Investec, and RMB, among others. Notable transactions include Oasis BESS, Sasol/Air Liquide (Wind+Solar+MTS), and the Gautrain Post 2026 Project, as well as the SolarAfrica’s De Aar Wind+MTS portfolio. Her experience also spans across cross-border mandates. Sbusisiwe holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2023.
