Tessa Dignam

Tessa holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in languages and international relations from Bond University, Australia. Before she lead operations for CrossBoundary Energy, Tessa provided legal support across our platforms, working primarily on the development and contracting of hybrid and mining projects in Africa. Before CrossBoundary, Tessa worked in DLA Piper Africa’s Projects & Energy team advising developers and institutional investors on the development of energy assets throughout East Africa. Tessa also worked as a lawyer in the UAE, where she acted for construction and EPC contractors on substantial infrastructure projects in the Middle East. Tessa was originally qualified as a lawyer in Australia.
