Tessa holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in languages and international relations from Bond University, Australia. At CrossBoundary Tessa is Counsel for the CrossBoundary Access, working across their funding, structuring and development workstreams. With CrossBoundary Energy, Tessa focuses on the development of the hybrid and mining projects. Prior to CrossBoundary, Tessa worked in DLA Piper Africa’s Projects & Energy team advising developers and institutional investors on the development of energy assets throughout East Africa. Tessa also worked as a lawyer in the UAE, where she acted for construction and EPC contractors on substantial infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
