Théo Jacob

Théo is a member of CrossBoundary’s Advisory team based in Dakar, Senegal. He is passionate about public affairs, geopolitics, macroeconomics and energy. After graduating from HEC Paris and Panthéon Sorbonne University in Business and Public Administration, he began a career designing green industrial policies for the French Ministry of Economy, implementing multi-million euro blended finance programmes.

Additionally, Théo gained experience in Private Equity at Africa50 Infrastructure Acceleration Fund, and he is now seeking to apply his financial knowledge and strategic thinking to facilitate investment in challenging environments, acting as a relevant intermediary for both private and public counterparts.
