Théo is a member of CrossBoundary’s Advisory team based in Dakar, Senegal. He is passionate about public affairs, geopolitics, tech, and energy. After graduating from HEC Paris and Panthéon Sorbonne University, he began a career designing green industrial policies for the French Ministry of Economy. Théo is now seeking to evolve in a dynamic and multicultural landscape, where an entrepreneurial mindset can be demonstrated, driven by a passion for financial innovations that facilitate global transitions.
