Théophile Moulin

Théophile is a member of CrossBoundary’s Advisory team, based in the West Africa office. Théophile holds a Master in Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance from ESCP Europe. He has a keen interest in private equity, M&A, and economic policy. He has successfully managed debt and equity financing for major infrastructure projects across Central Africa, including solar energy and road infrastructure. Théophile is an advocate for investment facilitation, collaborating with various stakeholders to support sectors such as renewable energy, financial services, agribusinesses, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Théophile worked at Alliance Ventures as an Analyst, conducting financial analysis and sourcing potential investments, and at Proparco as an Investment Officer, where he managed significant infrastructure projects.
