Veronica Hildenbrand

Veronica has a background in M&A, financial due diligence, and sustainability. Before joining CrossBoundary, she worked as a senior associate at Deloitte Dutch Caribbean, providing financial and transaction advisory to Central Banks, private equity funds, and energy companies across the Caribbean. She also previously worked for Phenix Capital, an impact investment advisor focused on catalyzing institutional capital. Veronica holds a Bachelor in International Business from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and was recognized in NACVA’s Thirty under 30 for her valuation work in frontier markets. She is a member of the investment advisory team, based between London and the Caribbean.
