Yaswanth Krishnakumar

Yaswanth is a Senior Manager of financial modeling at CrossBoundary. He is based in India. He has over 8 years of experience in the development, review, and audit of financial models; transaction advisory; hands-on experience in pre-bidding activities and business valuations. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, he worked for financial advisory and boutique financial modelling consultancies wherein he developed FAST standard models for PPP, business transactions, portfolio management, investment funds, and corporates. He has also worked for the infrastructure giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T), wherein he handled pre-bidding advisory for infrastructure projects (roads and transmission lines), company valuation and explored various M&A opportunities. He holds an MBA degree in Power Management and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
